Cambridge Econometrics a redactat o hart\u0103 care arat\u0103 fluxurile comerciale de petrol \u00een Europa.\u00a0\u021a\u0103rile din grupul Visegrad (Polonia, Slovacia, Ungaria \u0219i Republica Ceh\u0103), plus Grecia, au un risc deosebit de ridicat de perturbare a importurilor de petrol, dat\u0103 fiind dependen\u021ba lor de \u021bi\u021beiul rusesc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Laura Buffet, consultant la T&amp;E, a spus c\u0103 &#8220;utilizarea risipitoare a petrolului din Europa umple buzunarele companiilor petroliere mari din \u021b\u0103ri instabile, inclusiv Rusia \u0219i Libia. M\u0103suri pentru decarbonizarea transporturilor ar aduce beneficii substan\u021biale de securitate economic\u0103, de mediu \u0219i de energie, deoarece petrolul de ardere este direct legat de emisiile de CO2.
