Chiar \u0219i ora\u0219ele care au interzis ma\u0219inile diesel, permit \u00eentr-o larg\u0103 propor\u021bie pe cele cu Euro 6, a anun\u021bat un <a href=\"https:\/\/eeb.us13.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=0b72b745a8222140f6076e08b&amp;id=061a7e5e30&amp;e=5ba2558d09\">nou briefing<\/a> al Transport &amp; Environment (T&amp;E) transmis de 2Celsius. Aceste Euro 6 dep\u0103\u0219esc limita de oxizi de azot (NOx) de 4 p\u00e2n\u0103 la 5 ori, \u00een timp ce unele modele \u00eenregistreaz\u0103 emisii record, de 10 ori mai mari dec\u00e2t limitele legale. Se remarc\u0103 modelele Renault, Fiat \u0219i Opel. Autorit\u0103\u021bile na\u021bionale de omologare a vehiculelor r\u0103m\u00e2n reticente \u00een a obliga produc\u0103torii de automobile s\u0103 rezolve problemele cu emisiile ale acestor vehicule. Dac\u0103 produc\u0103torii de automobile refuz\u0103 s\u0103 cure\u021be dieselurile murdare, ora\u0219ele care au \u00eenc\u0103lcat limitele de poluare a aerului timp de aproape un deceniu nu au alt\u0103 posibilitate dec\u00e2t s\u0103 pun\u0103 \u00een aplicare m\u0103suri drastice de restric\u021bionare a autoturismelor pentru a proteja s\u0103n\u0103tatea public\u0103. Potrivit Agen\u021biei Europene de Mediu, autoturismele cu motor diesel reprezint\u0103 cauza dominant\u0103 a dioxidului de azot toxic \u00een ora\u0219ele europene, rezult\u00e2nd 68.000 de decese premature anual.<\/p>\n<p>Karmenu Vella, comisarul European pentru mediu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.digi24.ro\/stiri\/actualitate\/social\/comisar-european-23-000-de-romani-mor-anual-din-cauza-poluarii-883173\">a amintit de cur\u00e2nd<\/a> c\u0103 \u00een jur de 23.000 de decese au loc anual \u00een Rom\u00e2nia din cauza polu\u0103rii aerului cu diverse particule. Peste 1.800 de mor\u0163i premature sunt atribuite polu\u0103rii cu dioxid de azot. O mare parte din aceast\u0103 morbiditate se datoreaz\u0103 emisiilor din arderea motorinei pentru deplasarea automobilelor.<\/p>\n<p>Julia Poliscanova, cercet\u0103tor la T&amp;E, a declarat: &#8220;Una dintre principalele sl\u0103biciuni ale zonelor cu emisii sc\u0103zute \u0219i restric\u021biile de circula\u021bie a autovehiculelor \u00een ora\u0219e este scutirea total\u0103 a ma\u0219inilor Euro 6 cu emisii reale ridicate. Cu excep\u021bia cazului \u00een care produc\u0103torii de automobile remediaz\u0103 corect aceste dieseluri murdare, municipalit\u0103\u021bile nu mai au alt\u0103 op\u021biune dec\u00e2t s\u0103 le \u021bin\u0103 \u00een afara ora\u0219elor. Pentru a fi eficace, criteriile de includere sau excludere ale acestor m\u0103suri ar trebui s\u0103 se bazeze pe emisiile din lumea real\u0103 ale vehiculelor, disponibile acum pe scar\u0103 larg\u0103. Mai important, interdic\u021biile pentru ma\u0219inile pe motorin\u0103 ar trebui s\u0103 fie \u00eenso\u021bite de un transport public de \u00eenalt\u0103 calitate \u0219i de infrastructur\u0103 pentru vehiculele cu emisii zero&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen urm\u0103 cu dou\u0103 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni, o hot\u0103r\u00e2re judec\u0103toreasc\u0103 german\u0103 a confirmat c\u0103 ora\u0219ele germane pot interzice accesul autoturismelor \u0219i clarific\u0103 faptul c\u0103 dreptul cet\u0103\u021benilor de a respira aer curat are prioritate fa\u021b\u0103 de dreptul proprietarilor de ma\u0219ini private de a conduce vehicule poluante. \u00cens\u0103 legisla\u021bia na\u021bional\u0103 \u00een unele \u021b\u0103ri \u00eempiedic\u0103 ora\u0219ele s\u0103 ia m\u0103suri. Comisia European\u0103 ar trebui s\u0103 ia \u00een considerare m\u0103surile care pot fi adoptate pentru a se asigura c\u0103 toate autoturismele importate la m\u00e2na a doua au stabilit sau modernizat sistemele lor de tratare a gazelor de e\u0219apament.
